Description

Positron annihilation and X-ray measurements are compared to obtain information on the changes in density and depth of dislocation formation in nickel as a function of the number of charging with hydrogen-decomposition treatments. The results show that the positron annihilation measurements can give reasonable values of the dislocation density comparable with those obtained from X-ray measurements
