Results of studies with fuel elements of French reactors

Description

Operational experience with the fuel elements of power reactors of the French gas-graphite line is reported, and test fuel elements for fast reactors are dealt with. The material behaviour (fuel, can) under different irradiation conditions is studied critically, and an analysis of failures found is attempted. (UA)

Es wird ueber die Betriebserfahrungen mit den Brennelementen der Leistungsreaktoren der franzoesischen Gas-Graphit-Linie berichtet, sowie ueber Versuchsbrennelemente fuer schnelle Reaktoren. Das Materialverhalten (Brennstoff, Huelle) unter verschiedenen Bestrahlungsbedingungen wird kritisch untersucht und es wird versucht, aufgetretene Fehler zu analysieren. (UA)
