Thermal plasma synthesis of materials
Description
In this work, we present the results of modernisation of the reactor, with the water-cooled anode and a circular system of gas supply produced by replacing the ring with a nozzle, simplification of the design of the solenoid of the magnetic field and further intensification of the process of ionisation of the working material as a result of the increase of the size of the thermal cathode. We also describe the diagram of the system and power supply to the reactor, together with its discharge characteristics and the results of synthesis of films whose components are represented by the atoms of the metals and gases
