Splitting of a photon into two photons in a strong magnetic field
- 1. Yaroslavl State University, ul. Sovetskaya 14, Yaroslavl, 150000 (Russian Federation)
Description
The photon-splitting process γ→γγ in a strong magnetic field is studied. The helicity amplitudes are calculated in arbitrary kinematics. The splitting probability is calculated with regard for photon dispersion and renormalization of the photon wave function in a strong magnetic field
