Peculiarities of a unified environmentally clean system of etching and bright pickling α and α + β-titanium alloys

Description
The kinetics of dissolution, hydridation and brightening of titanium base alloys in calm solution on mixing and under ultrasonic wave effect are studied. In solution with H2O2 or K2S2O8 as oxidizing agents the hydridation on ultrasonic treatment is practically absent due to a steadily positive electrode potential, and a dissolution rate can be increased 2-2.5 times. A unified environmentally safe system of solution for pickling and brightening of alloys VT1-0, 4200 and VT6 is developed to replace nitric acid bearing solutions

Исследована кинетика растворения, наводороживания и осветления титановых сплавов в спокойных растворах, при перемешивании и при ультразвуковом воздействии. В растворах с H2O2 или K2S2O8 в качестве окислителя при ультразвуковой обработке наводороживание практически отсутствует благодаря устойчиво положительному электродному потенциалу, а скорость растворения может быть увеличена в 2-2.5 раза. Разработана единая экологически чистая система растворов травления и осветления сплавов ВТ1-0, 4200 и ВТ6 взамен растворов с азотной кислотойAdditional details
