Synthesis and electric conductivity of perovskite solid solutions (Bi,Sr)(Fe,MN)O3

Description
Solid solutions Bi1-xSrxFeOy (x = 0.1-0.9) are synthesized in air in the 950-1100 deg C range. It is shown that with increasing x are decreased distortion the perovskite structure (x = 0.1-0.2 - rhombic elementary cell, x = 0.3-0.9 -cubic one) and also the parameter a of a cubic elementary cell, the sample density, specific resistance and activation energy of solid solutions conductivity
