The modulated structure of the yttrium-doped Bi-2212 phase

Description
Bi2Sr1.55CaY0.26Cu2O8.1.2(4) composition incommensurable modulates Y-containing Bi-2212 phase was studied using monocrystalline x-ray diffraction method. The experiment was obtained for the cell with the following parameters: a = 5.409(3), b = 5.408(3) x 5, c = 30.56(1) A. Y atoms are localized in Sr-positions. Overstated values of modulation period (4.69 A) agree with understated oxygen content in (Bi, O) -layer and with decreased temperature of superconducting transition (Tc = 80 K)

Несоразмерно модулированная Y-содержащая Bi-2212-фаза состава Bi2Sr1.55CaY0.26Cu2O8.1.2(4) исследована монокристальным рентгеноструктурным методом. Эксперимент получен в ячейке с параметрами a 5.409(3), b = 5.408(3) x 5, c = 30.56(1) A. Атомы Y локализованы в Sr-позициях. Завышенные значения периода модуляций (4.69 А) согласуются с заниженным содержанием кислорода в (Bi,O)-слое и с пониженной температурой сверхпроводящего перехода (Тc = 80 К)Additional details
