Chapter 5.4 of the High-Temperature Reactor Module Power Plant: Safety Analysis Report. KTA Nuclear Safety Standard 1201 stipulates that plant regulations include detailed descriptions in the alarm regulations and in the first aid regulations of the measures to be implemented in the event of incidents which have consequences both inside and outside the power plant. These include extensive lists of telephone numbers and addresses of agencies which must be notified in accordance with other requirements or whose assistance is required. The Content of these regulations and concepts will be presented in a suitable manner to all persons performing work in the power plant.
