Phase transition of superdense neutron star matter
Description
We present a lagrangian leading to a quark linear-potential model in the static case and, using many-body theory to calculate the equation of state, point out that the first order phase transition may occur for superdense neutron star matter, which is important to phase transition dynamics and shock wave formation in stellar collapse.
