Radioisotope study of muscular clearance in patients with chronic ischemic heart diseases
Description
The state of microcirculation of large chest muscles in patients with chronic ischemic heart disease by means of radioisotopic determination of muscular clearance when using 131I and 133Xe is ev luated. Similarity of the results both in the case of 131I and 133Xe is pointed out. It is shown that determination of 80 % isotope resorption permits to find even insignificant jnjuries of microcirculation in muscles
