Vibronic interaction in the absorption spectra of vanadium-doped AIIBVI semiconductors

Description
The vibronic interaction in AIIBVI semiconductors doped with 3d-impurities is investigated. Ham's reduction parameter for vanadium in AIIBVI semiconductors is calculated. Comparison is made of the calculated absorption spectra with available experimental data. (author)
