The lower and upper bounds on the Higgs mass in the Standard Model
Description
The Higgs mass in the SU(2) x U(1) Standard Model is analyzed by means of the Gaussian effective potential method. The authors obtain an estimation of lower and upper bounds: 0.925mW < mH < 2.07mW. As mW = 82 GeV, then 75.9 GeV < mH < 170 GeV
