Function keyboard
Description
The design and circuitry are described of the keyboard used in unit control rooms of nuclear power plant simulators. The keyboards use contactless Consul keys. The variable parameters of the keyboard are controlled using a single-chip MHB 8035 microprocessor. The key field has 512 positions to be fitted with a maximum of 256 keys. The keyboard has a series output with 9,600 Bd transmission rate and 8 bits and 1.5 stop bits. (J.B.). 1 fig
