Helium ion damage in molybdenum
Creators
- 1. Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Bombay (India). Chemistry Div.
Description
Isochronal annealing studies have been carried out on 30 MeV helium ion irradiated molybdenum from 373-1073 K, using resistivity technique. The results show only one recovery stage at 460 K (stage III), while stages IV and V are absent. The resistivity, instead of decreasing continuously with temperature increases after stage III. The results are explained on the basis of He-V complex formation. (author). 7 refs
