Oriented growth of the mixed crystals in the alloys electrocrystallization

Description

Possibilities of applying the classical mechanisms of two-and three-dimensional nucleation and growth of mixed crystals under alloy electric crystallization are investigated. Criteria of nucleation and growth of crystals are proposed and boundaries of transition from two-dimensional nucleation to the three-dimensional one and backwards are determined. Transition from nucleation texture to the growth one is followed. The calculations are performed using the computer simulation method
