Description
The extraction behaviour of ruthenium with DHOA and TBP from aqueous nitric acid solutions of varying concentrations purged with N2O4 gas has been investigated. The results suggest that the purging of aqueous phases causes significant increase in Ru extraction. DHOA extracts Ru poorly as compared to TBP under various conditions. (author)
