Description
The purpose of this research project is to develop Cyclotron Radioisotope Nanocapsule as a radiopharmaceutical for diagnosis of tumor. The main results are as follows 1. Development of Sphere and rod type nanocapsule technology using EPR effect - Sphere cobalt nanocrystal and rod cobalt oxide nanocrystal synthesis - Sphere cobalt nanocrystal and rod cobalt oxide silica nanocapsule synthesis - Nanocrystal and nanocapsule structure characterization - Nanocrystal and nanocapsule physical and chemical property test 2. Development of cyclotron radioisotope cobalt oxide silica nanocapsule for PET imaging agent - Synthesis of radioisotope Co-57 induced nanocrystal - Synthesis of cyclotron radioisotope cobalt oxide silica nanocapsule
