New design of technetium - 99m generator

Description
The new design of technetium-99m generator has been developed in 'Radiopreparat' enterprise.The aim of modernization of being Tc-99m generator of GT-2 type is ensuring reliable work by production of sodium pertechnetate with Tc-99m eluate, in addition more simple production of eluate on the exploitation places, as well as improvement of outward appearance of generator design. The technology of sodium pertechnetate with Tc-99m eluate production, permitting to reduce of probability of molybdenum-99 break through from generator into eluate with increase molybdenum-99 sorption on the sorbent has been developed. The elastic medical capacity in technetium-99 generator design with sufficient amount, permitting to produce multiply doses amount of eluate during the application time of technetium-99m generator has been used
