Evaluation of stress concentration in corner butt welded joints with deviation from the shape
Description
Usability of the method for estimation of working capacity of butt joints is considered according to stress concentrations in tee joints (in particular of 10KhSND steel) when low cyclic loading. It is shown that the effect of tee joint shape deviation on stress concentration along the weld boundary can be evaluated as that for butt joints. It is established that of weld base size is one of the main geometrical parameters characterising joint stregth in low cyclic loading (< 105 cycles)
