The orientational dislocation preference caused by external load-induced slight anisotropy of diffusion

Description

The dependence of the dislocation preference on the orientation of dislocation relative to the external load axis is calculated, taking into account the strong interaction between point defects and dislocation. It is shown that due to this interaction orientational preference be-- comes larger and depends on the Burgers vector orientation relative to the load axis
