Phase equilibria and some properties of CdO-PbO-TeO2 system glasses

Description
Interaction of components in CdO-PbO-TeO2 system and properties of glasses on its base are studied by physico-chemical analysis methods (DTA, X ray phase analysis, polythermal resistometry etc.). Compositions and melting points of mixtures, corresponding to the points of four-phase equilibrium, are determined. A projection of CdO-PbO-TeO2 system liquidus surface on the concentration triangle within the concentration interval of 0-40 mol.% of CdO, is constructed. The boundaries of glass existence region are determined and some glass properties are presented
