The isolation disconnection system - an EDP system to support shift crews in NPPs

The acquisition of specific job information to identify the maintenance job as well as the production and administration of system isolation/disconnection documments is to be effected by computer. This will ensure rapid and reliable information; routine jobs will be simplified and job procedures of a similar kind can be called. Errors due to filling in forms by hand will be eliminated. Further benefits are data stored in the computer like identification clear-text supplements, interlinkage of safety measures performed on machine components complete with their associated switching-system components, redundancy information, etc. (orig.)
