Stochastic TDHF and large fluctuations

Description
The contribution is outlined as follows: In section 2, we derive the basic step of STDHF. In section 3, we compose the full propagation of STDHF from the basic step. In section 4, we discuss the conditions which validate the stochastic approach. In section 5, we optimize the jump probability and generalize the neighbouring trajectories such that a semiclassical approach becomes applicable. And finally in section 6, we quickly sketch an intriguing problem with the testparticle solution of the semiclassical propagation. (orig./HSI)
