Development scheme of renewable and recovery energies. Regional Natural Park of Opale capes and wetlands: Energy diagnosis; Report of potentials of development of R and REn; Definition of environmental and landscape stakes and recommendations; Final report

A first document presents the Opale regional natural park (North of France) and its planning documents, proposes an overview of energy consumptions of the different sectors for the territory, presents the situation of installations of renewable energy production (renewable gas, electric power and heat), and of energy networks. The second document reports an energy diagnosis performed for the scheme of development of renewable and recovery energies for the region, with more or less the same kind of information as in the first document but by addressing the different parts or local communities of the territory. After a recall of the geographical context and of existing planning tools, the next document, illustrated by many maps, reports an analysis of the potential of development of renewable and recovery energies for the different parts of the region. Another document discusses how to take environmental and landscape stakes into account in this development, and formulates a set of recommendations for the development and the installation of energy production sites. The final report contains an analogue presentation of the context, an energetic diagnosis of the territory, a synthesis of R and REn potentials and of landscape and environmental qualities, a presentation of a global strategy for the different local communities, a discussion of a scenario for an ambitious energy mix, some additional elements related to possibilities of injection into the grid and heat recovery, and a prefiguration of the set of projects
