Size distribution of W and TiN particles during crystallization in the flow of superhigh-frequency discharge plasma

Description
The interrelation between crystallization conditions of ultradispersed particles of tungsten and titanium nitrides and their size distribution function is considered. A conclusion is made on a relatively important role of tungsten particles as compared with the growth of titanium nitride particles. The correlation between the type of size distribution and particles morphology is noted
