One-loop three-gluon vertex and power counting in the light-cone gauge
Description
The divergent part of the one-loop three-gluon vertex is evaluated in the framework of the two-component formalism for the light-cone gauge. The result is consistent with multiplicative renormalizability for pure Yang-Mills gauge theories. Explicit calculation of the 'swordfish' and triangle diagrams of these theories has shown that the characteristic light-cone integrals do not contribute to the relevant pole parts of these diagrams. The Mandelstam prescription implemented via dimensional regularization is employed to regulate Feynman integrals. (G.D.F.)

Avalia-se a parte divergente do vertice com um laco de tres gluons, sob a estrutura do formalismo de duas componentes para o calibre de cone de luz. O resultado e consistente com a renormalizabilidade multiplicativa para as teorias puras de calibre de Yang-Mills. Calculos explicitos dos diagramas 'espadarte' ('swordfish') e triangular para estas teorias mostram que as integrais de cone de luz caracteristicas nao contribuem para os polos destes diagramas. A prescricao de Mandelstam e empregada, via regularizacao dimensional, para regular as integrais de Feynman. (G.D.F.)Files
