Description
In order to overcome the shortage of traditional 60Co freight train detection mode that inspectors are easy to be tired and inspection efficiency is low, this paper presents a practical method of train image detection. The method is based on a set of standard image database. Through processing the car image and standard image by image registration and DSA, it is able to highlight their differences and divide the risk level of them. As a result, the method causes targeted inspection of inspectors and increases inspection efficiency. The system has been successfully applied to the 60Co railway carriage inspection system equipped in China railway ports. (authors)
