Near-threshold two-colour photodetachment of H-

Description
We have calculated the photodetachment probability of the H- ground state near threshold, in the presence of a strong light field of low frequency and a weak light field of higher frequency. We show that the evolution of the detachment probability cannot be described in terms of threshold shift. (author)
