Victims of nuclear tests. The broken down reform of the Morin law. Observatory Notes Nr 1, February 2015
Description
As firstly outlined by this publication, one year after having been voted, the reform of the law for the compensation of victims of nuclear tests is not yet implemented. This publication also notices that administrative courts refused the refusals pronounced by the Minister. Insufficiencies and inconsistencies of the Morin law are then outlined. The delimitation of Saharan areas is considered as grotesque, and the necessity of a comprehensive opening of nuclear test archives is outlined
