Method of investigation of phase diagrams of pressure -temperature for transition element oxides possesing metal-semiconductor phase transformation
Description
The method of investigation of phase diagrams of pressure-temperature for transition metal oxides, possessing a metal-semiconductor phase transformation, by reading the current-voltage characteristics is described. The results of the investigation of the phase diagram up to 16 kBar for V305 monocrystals, possessing the phase transition with the jump in electric conductivity at 430 K are presented. The experimental data obtained by the method of current-voltage characteristics reading are in a good agreement with the data, obtained with DTA and simultaneous measurement of the temperature run of the resistance
