Elementary cascade-probability model of defect generation in irradiated by neutrons metals

Description
In this work primary cascade-probability model of defect generation in metal was suggested. Analytical expression of cascade-probability function for neutrons was obtained on the basing of the using recursive correlation. Detailed mathematical analysis of the function was carried out, its 23 properties were observed, one of the algorithm of cascade-portability function calculation using PC was given. Analysis of results showed that cascade-probability function increased, reached maximum shifted on the right, its value decreased with increase of depth of registration h and numbers of interaction i.
