Description

This paper describes the technique for the correction of temperature dependence of PIN diode with the help of hardware. The PIN diode is used as neutron sensor in Neutron Pocket Dosimeter, which is a small size, light weight and single battery operated nuclear instrument based on special PIN diode. It measures cumulative dose from 1 CGy to 1000 CGy and more. (author)
