Description
The influence of the coupling between the inner degrees of freedom and the relative motion on the effective hamiltonian describing an interaction of two complex nuclei is analysed. For this aim an approximate separation of the inner and the relative coordinates in the Schrodinger equation is achieved by the transformation of variables. As a result the Schrodinger equation with the renormalized reduced mass, potential and the inner hamiltonian is derived
