Description
The optimisation of the physics characteristics of liquid metal cooled fast breeder reactors is an important issue within the European Fast Breeder collaboration. This work supports on one hand the design of the European Fast Reactor (EFR) / 1 / and on the other, it provides information of general interest for the further development of the breeder line. Both aspects are discussed in this paper. (author)
