Description

Two guides propose an overview of stakes of studies on renewable energies in new development (energy issues, consumptions, solutions for energy production and distribution, economic problematic for networks of distribution of heat and cold, electric power, and natural gas). They present the legal framework (actions and concerned operations, definition of renewable and recovery energies). They discuss the place of the study in the chronology of a development operation (actors and role distribution, role of public departments in studies on renewable energies, process of a development operation). They propose advices for the definition of the study content (general objective, geographical and time framework, definition of energy needs, pragmatic approach, and logical progress). They discuss the use of the study results and follow-up.
