Quality assurance of welding filler and process materials for reactor components bearing pressure and activity. Pt. 1
Description
The regulation applies to the performance test of welding filler and process materials (s. Table 1-1) for use in the assembly of products, components, subassemblies for pressure-bearing walls of a) primary circuit components b) reactor steel containments c) pressure-bearing and activity-bearing components of systems other than in the primary circuit - basic safety only - expect for A2/A3-WII, A2<=50 N/mm2, A3/austenitic steel. With HTGR-type reactors, the regulation shall be applied to components having comparable significance for safety and loading. (orig./HP)

Die Regel ist anzuwenden auf die Eignungspruefung von Schweisszusaetzen und -hilfsstoffen (siehe Tabelle 1-1), die bei der Fertigung von Erzeugnisformen, Bauteilen, Baugruppen zu drucktragenden Wandungen von a) Komponenten des Primaerkreises, b) Reaktorsicherheitsbehaeltern aus Stahl, c) druck- und aktivitaetsfuehrenden Komponenten von Systemen ausserhalb des Primaerkreises - nur Basissicherheit - ausgenommen sind A2/A3-WII, A2<=50 N/mm2, A3/Austenit, verwendet werden sollen. Bei Hochtemperaturreaktoren ist diese Regel fuer Komponenten mit vergleichbarer sicherheitstechnischer Bedeutung und Beanspruchung anzuwenden. (orig./HP)Additional details
