Technology and materials for weld deposition of anticorrosive surfacting on NPP equipment
Description
Strips of Sv-0.4 Kh20N1OG2B-, Sv-03Kh22N11O2-, Sv-03Kh24N13G2B-, Sv-0Kh16N65M7B2T grades are developed for anticorrosive coatings of the internal sUrfaces of vessel equipment using the weld-up surfacing technique. The required ratio of ferrite- and austenite-forming elements is ensured by trial-and-error method during steel smelting. Technological procedures for anticorrosive surfacing assuring high quality of coating and preventing occurrence of slag inclusions in the zones of overlapping surfacing beads are developed alongside with production of materials
