Planning and construction of nuclear power plants in Yugoslavia

Description

The author deals with the development of nuclear energy based on the conditions of the energy economy of Yugoslavia. The tender procedure and the selection of partners abroad are explained. An agreement is described which regulates the cooperation between Yugoslavia's eight electricity utilities. The provision of funds for the implementation of tenders is presented, and the construction of the Prevlaka nuclear power plant, international tenders, assessment of offers and the basic conept of project implementation are examined. Abstract (German)

Ausgehend von den Verhaeltnissen und den Bedingungen in der jugoslawischen Elektrizitaetswirtschaft im Zusammenhang mit der Energiepolitik, wird auf die Entwicklung der Kernenergie eingegangen. Es wird das Verfahren der Ausschreibung und der Auswahl des auslaendischen Partners erlaeutert. Es folgt die Beschreibung eines Abkommens, dass die Kooperation der acht jugoslawischen Elektrizitaetswirtschaftsunternehmen regelt. Desweiteren wird auf die Bereitstellung der Mittel fuer die Durchfuehrung der Ausschreibungen eingegangen. Ausserdem werden der Bau des Kernkraftwerks 'Prevlaka', die internationale Ausschreibung, die Beurteilung der Angebote und die Grundkonzepte der Projektrealisierung betrachtet. (HAG)
