Existing problems and improvement measures of lifting equipment for in-situ leaching of uranium

Description
This paper discusses the problems existing in the practice of in-situ leaching uranium lifting equipment and the optimization and improvement measures. The well site extraction well mainly uses submersible pump to lift leachate. When submersible pump fails or production hole washing operation occurs, the submersible pump needs to be lifted to the surface by manual auxiliary facilities or lifting equipment to complete the operation. However, in manual operation, the operation is difficult, the efficiency is lowland there are certain potential safety hazards. By improving the application of the equipment, the labor workload is reduced, the work efficiency is improved, the labor cost is reduced, the intrinsic safety is realized, and good economic benefits are obtained. However, in actual application, the lifting equipment still has certain defects. Aiming at the problems in use, the upgrading optimization and improvement measures for the lifting equipment are proposed. (authors)
