CP violation in the Kobayashi-Maskawa model with four generations
- 1. B. P. Konstantinov Institute of Nuclear Physics, Academy of Sciences of the USSR
Description
A useful method of parametrizing the mixing matrix is proposed. It is shown that the value of epsilon and the ratio epsilon'/epsilon of either sign can easily account for the existence of the fourth generation only if the mixing in of the fourth generation with the first two generations is at least as strong as that of the third generation. In the B0/sub s/-B-bar0/sub s/ system the fourth generation can substantially increase the CP-odd mixing
