Description
Raman and IR spectra of a new group of laminated compounds LnS2 are presented. Vibrations are classified by symmetry type and frequencies are subdivided into three groups: vibrations of cation sublattice (70-160 cm-1), sulfur ion vibrations in the Flao layer (160-350 cm-1) and vibrations of molecular groups S2. Changes in spectral transformations starting from SmS2
