K-capture probabilities in the decay of 152Eu
- 1. Andhra Univ., Visakhapatnam (India). Dept. of Nuclear Physics
Description
A high-resolution HPGe detector was used to determine the K-capture probabilities in the decay of 152Eu. The PK values leading to 1529 keV. 1233 keV. 1085 keV levels in the daughter nucleus were determined by the sum peak method. The PK value leading to the level at 1085 keV is determined for the first time. PL values for the three levels are deduced using the present experimental PK values and theoretical PL/PK ratios. The dependence of PK values on the Q value is also tested
