Description
The paper describes the apparatus for simultaneous measurement of orientation and spin rotation in hadron elastic scattering at high energies with utilization of proton polarized target, including the elementary particle beam channel, polarized target, detectors, fast electronics with information storage system. The measuremets have been fulfilled in 1973 and 1974 at the Serpukhov accelerator for π-, K-, anti p at 40 GeV/c and for π+, K+,p at 45 GeV/c
