Review of radioiodination methods and of compounds labelled with iodine radioisotopes

A survey is given of major iodination reactions used for labelling organic compounds with iodine radioisotopes. A review is given of preparations used in nuclear medicine for in vivo diagnosis, broken up according to the reaction mechanism of radioiodination
