Effect of radiation-induced segregation of binary substitution alloy on point defect sink efficiency

Description
Method of analytical calculation of radiation-induced segregation of alloy components on point defect sinks is suggested. Analytical expressions for alloy component distribution in the vicinity of different sinks and factors of their segregation preference are obtained. It is shown that variation of sink efficiency due to segregation is important in alloy behaviour under irradiation
