Some transport measurements of WSe/sub 2-x/ single crystals

Description
Electrical resistivity and its anisotropy, thermoelectric power and temperature coefficient of resistivity of WSe/sub 2-x/ crystals have been measured (0.01 =< x =< 0.1) in the temperature range 300-448 K. Variations of these physical properties with respect to temperature and composition have been examined. The observed results are discussed in the light of semiconducting nature of the material.
