Object: To permit setting error of penetration to be absorbed while facilitating the operation of adjustment. Structure: A fluid head is supported such that it can be adjusted by an adjustment bolt provided on a short bellows tube, with its diameter made smaller than the inner diameter of the short bellows tube.
