Exercise and redistribution myocardial thallium 201 emission tomography proved to be very sensitive for the detection of a persistent post-infarction ischemia particularly in patients without angina pectoris and without exercise ST-segment changes

On a montre que la tomographie d'emission au thallium 201 a l'effort et a la redistribution augmente nettement la sensibilite de detection d'une ischemie residuelle apres un infarctus du myocarde.
