The study on high Tc superconductors: a review
Description
The development of researches on high Tc superconductors is presented. The studies on superconductor structure result in deposition of thin films by Y Ba Cu3 O7, Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O and Tl-Ba-Ca-Cu-O families with 70-102 K final Tc on non-heated substrates. It is shown how the researchers are solving some problems relation to deposition processes. (M.C.K.)
