Description

The craters formation on surface of titanium alloys irradiated high power ion beam was investigated. The influence of a hydrogen on craters formation was studied. The optimization of conditions of preparing a samples result in the reduction of crater concentration

Исследовано кратерообразование на поверхности титановых сплавов, облучамых ионным пучком. Изучено влияние растворенного водорода на размеры и плотность кратеров. Показано, что оптимизация режимов подготовки образцов приводит к уменьшению плотности образующихся кратеров
